Bahamas incorporation cost is $2,200. The Bahamas are known as the one of the leading offshore business and financial centers in the world.  Known for its financial privacy laws and wide range of services there are excellent economic benefits. We offer services to form a Bahamas Offshore Company or Bahamas IBC, and Bahamas Offshore Banking. The cost includes the incorporation fee, post incorporation structure fee, initial license fee, the statutory fee and the compliance fee.

The Cost to incorporate in Antigua is $2,300 and includes Organization, Government fees and disbursements, annual license fee, exempt company fee, resident Company secretary which is required. The fee also includes a corporate kit, memorandum, articles of incorporation, corporate seal, subscriber's appointment of directors, directors standard resolutions, minutes book, stock transfer form and stock certificates.

British Virgin Islands costs $1,800 to incorporate and includes name search, incorporation documents, all filing fees and nominee of director. The corporate kit includes memorandum and articles of association, power of attorney to assist you with banking and other corporate matters, organizational minutes, dividers, corporate seal, stock certificates and stock ledger.

Turks & Caicos incorporation fee is $2,100 and includes government registration fee, annual license fee, exempt company fee and resident company secretary, which is required. You will also receive a corporate book, memorandum and articles of incorporation, certificate of incorporation, corporate seal, resolutions, minute's book, stock transfer from, stock certificates.

Grand Caymans fee is $4,200 and includes structure fee, Post incorporation structure fee, disbursements, statutory fee, compliance fee, license fee and the government levy fee.
