Florida Corporations & Florida LLC's
ESTATE TAX LOAN

Do you have a high net worth? Would your estate have to pay estate taxes upon your passing away? If so, would you like the interest owed in on the estate taxes to the IRS to be tax deductible?

If yes, we can draft an estate tax loan for your trustee to use to acquire a loan for your business entity (preferably an LLC) from an independent entity or lending institution.

Of course we would have to take down the terms of the agreement and make sure they comply with the aforementioned requirements. If needed, we will leave open the amount needed to be loaned and interest to be paid for the Trustee to handle at a later date.

The Agreement is a onetime fee of $295.00
