Change of Corporate Name
Our fee for a Change of a Corporate Name is $145.00 and it includes our registering your new corporate name with the state, your amended articles, new resolutions, new corporate seal and new stock certificates. The normal turn around time is about two weeks; if necessary we can expedite the process in four days for an additional $75.00 or in 2 days for an additional $150.00
Change of Corporate Address
Our fee for a Change of Corporate address at the state and Federal Level is $89.95. dollars. The normal turn around time is 2-3 weeks. Do not be fooled by the inexperience document handler who states they will change your address for you. It is imperative that your address be changed at the Federal level as well as the State level so you never miss receiving your quarterly tax documents.
Recapitalize the Stock (Give the corporation more stock)
Our fee to recapitalize the stock is $250. It includes our amending the amount of stock you have with the state, your amended articles, new stock certificates and resolutions. We can complete the transfer in about 2-3 weeks or for an additional $150 it we can compete the process in three days or for $75 dollars we can complete the process in 6 days.
Stock Transfer
We can complete a tailormade stock transfer agreement and complete new stock certificates and resolutions for $125.00. We can complete the transfer in two weeks, or if you need it completed faster we can complete process for an additional $150.00 in 2 days or 4 days for $75.00 dollars.
Change Directors or Officers
Our fee to remove a director or officer is $120.00 per position. The fee includes the amended articles, resignations and resolutions. The normal turn around time is 2-3 weeks, however if you need the documents quicker we can complete the process in 4 days for an additional $75 dollars or 2 days for an additional $150 dollars.
Stock Subscription Agreement
If you have prospective investors that would like to invest in your business we can provide a tailormade Stock Subscription agreement for $125.00 per investor. We can complete the transfer in 2-3 weeks, if you need it completed faster we can complete it same day for an additional $225.00 or in 2 days for $150.00 or 4 days for $75.00 dollars.
